Rami Panayoti is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at SiFi, following the acquisition of his company Neya Technologies, a MENA-focused business finance management platform. SiFi simplifies spend management and payment solutions for organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Rami holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut and studied at the University of California, Berkeley. He was previously a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, advising government stakeholders on large-scale initiatives.

Rami co-founded The Entrepreneurship Club and greatly expanded its reach. He brings over a decade of experience across venture capital, consulting, and technology sectors.

Neya Technologies raised $2.72M before being acquired by SiFi in February 2025. Rami previously spent 3 years at Middle East Venture Partners and held leadership roles at TOTERS Delivery.

Following the acquisition, SiFi serves over 500 Saudi companies and secured an exclusive partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Finance, becoming the first licensed firm to manage government expenses in the Kingdom.
