Randy Huang is Co-Founder and CEO of ARO Network, a Singapore-based decentralized edge cloud platform pioneering the Agentic Edge for the autonomous AI era.

Randy earned a BS from Tsinghua University and an MSCS from UCLA, before building his career at Cisco and Sun Seven Stars Media Group, and founding Cylonix and INFINIBLOCK.

Randy brings deep expertise in decentralized infrastructure and AI, advocating for a future where autonomous AI agents are private, user-controlled, and run locally rather than on corporate-owned cloud servers.

Prior to ARO Network, Randy served as Founder and CEO of Cylonix and held a technology leadership role at INFINIBLOCK, establishing a strong track record in network and blockchain innovation.

ARO Network raised $5M in strategic funding co-led by NoLimit Holdings, launched its Testnet Sprint 2, and is rapidly growing a global community of node contributors across its decentralized infrastructure.
