Ranjith Nair is Co-Founder at Sol Foundry Inc., building Sol, a proactive agentic AI assistant that identifies email commitments and autonomously executes the work needed to fulfill them, from drafting documents to scheduling meetings.

Ranjith spent six years at CRED, the prominent Indian fintech unicorn, where he served on the design and product team, helping shape one of India's most design-forward consumer apps.

With a background rooted in design craft and product thinking, Ranjith brings a rare blend of visual and strategic expertise to AI product development, championing the idea that great AI should act, not just assist.

Alongside co-founders Anish Karan and Prateek Srivastava, also CRED alumni, Ranjith helped raise $4M in seed funding from General Catalyst, Nexus Venture Partners, DeVC, Peercheque, and CRED founder Kunal Shah.

Sol emerged from stealth in 2026 with over 100 users on its pre-launch platform, running on Google Workspace with a library of more than 100 specialist skills powered by OpenAI.
