Raphael Maunier

Raphael Maunier is Co-Founder and COO at OpsMill, a Paris-based infrastructure data management company building the AI-ready source of truth for enterprise IT environments through its open-source platform, Infrahub.
A self-taught telecom engineer, Raphael forged over 20 years of network and security experience as former CTO of Neo Telecoms, co-founded France-IX in 2009 (one of Europe's top internet exchange points), and co-founded Acorus Networks in 2014, a DDoS protection company later acquired by Volterra and then F5 in a $500M exit.
Raphael is known for building elite teams and championing the philosophy that automation and AI should augment human work, not replace it, drawing on hard-earned experience managing large-scale backbone networks and infrastructure stacks.
At OpsMill, Raphael co-leads the company alongside CEO Damien Garros, having raised a Series A round of $14M backed by Iris Capital, Serena Capital, Partech, Benhamou Global Ventures, OVNI Capital, and Kima Ventures.
OpsMill's Infrahub platform is trusted by hyperscalers including TikTok and enterprise clients across retail, insurance, manufacturing, and FinTech, with customer Eurofiber cutting service deployment times from five days to just 15 minutes.
