Rashed Hareb Al Mheiri is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rentify, the UAE's pioneering proptech-fintech platform building the infrastructure layer for rental real estate across the GCC.

Rashed holds an MBA in Global Investment from Coventry University London and a Bachelor's degree from the American University in Dubai, and previously gained professional experience at PwC.

Recognized as one of the Top 150 Real Estate Icons of the UAE 2025, Rashed brings a rare blend of financial acumen and entrepreneurial grit, having also scaled the Ice Cream Lab franchise to over 100 units across 10 countries.

At Rentify, Rashed has led the company from a $500K pre-seed round to a $2M seed round, building an AI-powered rental ecosystem covering over 10,000 units across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, with AED 1.5 billion in Property Value Signed.

Rentify has raised $2.5M in total funding, launched the region's first rent-linked rewards program, and deployed its Earn AI platform with five enterprise clients autonomously managing rental revenue across thousands of UAE properties.
