Ravi Mehta is Co-Founder and COO at Quanfluence Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup pioneering photonic quantum computing technology designed to deliver practical quantum advantage.

Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from COEP Technological University, Pune, and built over 16 years of experience at leading firms including Texas Instruments, where he served as Circuit Design Module Lead, and Synopsys Inc., where he was Senior Manager of Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit Design.

Ravi also co-founded Silicon and Beyond (formerly SILABTECH), serving as Vice President of IP from 2012 to 2018, demonstrating a consistent drive to build deep-tech ventures from the ground up.

At Quanfluence, Ravi oversees operations and has been instrumental in driving the company's growth from IITM Incubation Centre roots to securing over $12M in total funding, including a $10M round led by Chiratae Ventures in 2026.

Quanfluence's optical Ising machine processes hundreds of interconnected variables simultaneously at 100x the speed of traditional optimization methods, with the company targeting a 100-qubit photonic quantum computer prototype by 2029.
