Raymond Loong Ng

Raymond Loong Ng is Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer at Neural Drive, a Singapore-based brain-computer interface startup developing non-invasive BCI solutions to help paralysed patients communicate. He is also President of Singapore Youth AI and a serial AI entrepreneur building technology for social impact across healthcare, logistics, and career tech.
Raymond graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Analytics, where he was awarded the Singtel SHINE Cadet Scholarship for promising young tech students. He served in the Singapore Armed Forces, including advanced pilot training in Perth, Australia, before channelling his discipline and leadership into entrepreneurship.
Raymond won first prize at the GovTech x OpenAI Hackathon and has consistently placed in competitive coding and entrepreneurship competitions including NTU's Deep Learning Week and NUS's premier hackathon. He previously served as President of Singapore Polytechnic's Entrepreneurship Club, growing it to over 100 active members annually and launching multiple student-led startups.
Prior to Neural Drive, Raymond co-founded CargoAvion, an AI-powered air cargo bin packing logistics startup that secured pre-seed funding from Singapore Polytechnic's incubator SPinOFF. He also co-founded Resumify, an AI resume optimisation platform designed to help overlooked jobseekers access employment opportunities.
Neural Drive secured US$250,000 in pre-seed funding from San Francisco-based Afore Capital and placed in the Top 40 at TechCrunch Startup Battlefield. The company won the Asia Pacific category at the Entrepreneurs Next Star Global Challenge in Shenzhen, taking home S$150,000, and is preparing for clinical validation with Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
