Ria Rustagi is Co-Founder and CEO of Sychedelic, a cross-border neurotech startup pioneering AI-powered mental wellness headphones that actively modulate brain states in real time.

Ria holds degrees from NTU Singapore, Technical University of Munich, and Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, combining Electronics and Communication Engineering with a deep passion for mental well-being, inspired by the personal loss of her sister to a misdiagnosed brain infection.

Ria co-founded Neuphony, India's first consumer neurofeedback wearable, earning recognition on Shark Tank India, Forbes 30 Under 30, Google for Startups, and UN Women, before pivoting to build Sychedelic.

Prior to founding her own ventures, Ria gained industry experience at Infineon Technologies and served with WICCI (Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), bringing both deep-tech engineering and business acumen to her work.

Sychedelic has raised $3.5M in Seed funding, secured CDSCO medical device approval in India, filed global patents, and achieved 30% month-on-month sales growth since its August 2025 market launch.
