Ric da Silva is Co-Founder and CTO at Flok Health, the world's first AI-operated physiotherapy clinic delivering autonomous, end-to-end NHS care pathways for musculoskeletal conditions with zero waitlist.

Ric earned a Master of Engineering in Electronic Engineering with Mobile and Secure Systems from the University of Southampton, before building deep technical expertise as a Senior Software Engineer at CMR Surgical, a pioneering surgical robotics company.

Prior to Flok Health, Ric co-founded Condense9, a developer tools venture, and served as Lead Engineer at Twist, demonstrating a track record of building technology from the ground up across multiple domains.

At Flok Health, Ric co-founded the company alongside CEO Finn Stevenson in 2022, architecting an AI clinic that simulates live physiotherapy consultations using real human footage and responds in real time to patient inputs, earning Class IIa medical device certification and CQC registration.

Flok's platform now serves over 2.4 million NHS patients across eleven UK regions, has cut back pain waiting lists by up to 55%, and in June 2026 the company closed an oversubscribed $12.5M Series A led by Albion VC.
