Richard Einhorn

Richard Einhorn is the Co-Founder and CTO of Minoa, an AI-powered value intelligence platform built to help B2B SaaS sales teams automate business cases and scale value selling across every deal.
Richard studied at the University of Michigan and the London School of Economics, and previously held roles at Barclays, Andersch, and alphalist before co-founding Veita GmbH as a Technical Co-Founder in 2021.
A self-described engineer and problem solver, Richard believes that modern software is no longer bought because it is cool, but because it demonstrably solves a business problem, a conviction that drives Minoa's entire product philosophy.
Alongside co-founder Max Elster, Richard relocated from Europe to San Francisco to be closer to the B2B SaaS ecosystem, and together they raised a $2.7M pre-seed round led by 468 Capital with backing from unicorn founders including Front's Mathilde Collin and DocSend's Russ Heddleston.
Minoa's platform automates up to 80% of business case creation, empowering enterprise revenue teams to close deals faster, defend pricing, and drive customer expansion throughout the entire post-sale lifecycle.
