Rishabh, alongside co-founders Jaibir Nihal Singh and Armaan Mehta, identified a critical gap in India's background verification landscape while studying in Los Angeles, where they observed how far behind Indian processes were compared to tech-driven American counterparts.

Rishabh brings deep AI and machine learning expertise to TraqCheck, championing the use of deterministic LLM frameworks and automation to replace slow, manual verification workflows that once took 15 to 20 days.

TraqCheck has raised multiple funding rounds backed by notable investors including Caret Capital, Lenskart CEO Peyush Bansal's family office Culture Cap, and former Goldman Sachs executive Alok Oberoi, reaching a valuation of $17M at its bridge round in September 2025.

TraqCheck serves over 200 enterprise clients including Reliance Retail, Bajaj Capital, and Grant Thornton, has grown headcount by over 104% year-over-year, and is expanding internationally starting with the United Kingdom.
