Rishi Choudhary is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kastle (kastle.ai), an AI-powered platform helping banks and mortgage lenders make and manage loans without human intervention.

Rishi earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he also ran the largest student consulting club in the US with 250 members and $500K ARR.

At just 22, Rishi became the founding Product Manager for Redfin's Mortgage Marketplace, doubling revenue from $3M to $6M in just 9 months and later leading the Search Experience team responsible for 80% of Redfin's traffic.

Rishi co-founded Kastle in 2024 alongside CTO Nitish Poddar, going through Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch and securing backing from top Silicon Valley investors including Y Combinator.

Kastle is automating high-volume lending workflows for some of the largest mortgage lenders in America, with AI agents handling everything from loan inquiries and payment collections to borrower verification over the phone.
