Rob Leathern

Rob Leathern is Co-Founder and CEO of InfoHawk, an AI platform built to detect, analyze, and neutralize online deception at internet scale, headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Rob earned his degree from Dartmouth College, began his career in investment banking at Furman Selz, and later held senior product roles at LinkedIn, Nielsen Netratings, and NexTag before rising to VP-level positions at two of the world's largest tech platforms.
Rob served as Senior Director of Product Management at Meta (Facebook) from 2017 to 2020, leading efforts to combat privacy violations and ad integrity issues, then served as VP of Product Management at Google from 2021 to 2023, focused on privacy and data protection.
After departing Google in 2023, Rob founded Trust2.ai and co-founded CollectiveMetrics with former Meta Ads chief Rob Goldman, before channeling two decades of platform integrity expertise into launching InfoHawk in 2026.
InfoHawk closed a $2.25 million pre-seed round led by Moonshots Capital in June 2026, with a marquee angel roster including former FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz, AppNexus founder Brian O'Kelley, and GitHub CTO Vlad Fedorov, targeting a global scam economy estimated at $442 billion in annual consumer losses.
