Rob Pruzan

Rob Pruzan is the Founder of Zenbu Labs (YC P26), a developer tools company building a framework for hackable, user-modifiable desktop software powered by AI coding agents.
Rob studied Computer Science at the University at Buffalo and went on to join Vercel as a software engineer on the Next.js team, gaining deep expertise in modern web infrastructure.
Rob is the co-author of React Scan, a widely adopted open-source tool for detecting React performance issues, and built a from-scratch React reimplementation that reached #6 on Hacker News.
At Zenbu Labs, Rob is pioneering Zenbu.js, a framework that allows desktop apps to be modified by end users post-installation, closing the loop between AI coding agents and real-world software customization.
Backed by Y Combinator in the P26 batch, Zenbu is pushing the frontier of agentic developer tooling, enabling apps to spin up in under 100ms via a custom local serverless runtime.
