Robert Eanes is the Co-Founder and CTO of Scaffold, an Austin-based AI software company building the data orchestration layer for the $500 billion residential construction industry.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and previously served as Co-Founder and CTO of Pingboard, a global HR tech platform, and as VP of Product at Workleap.

Robert's core engineering philosophy centers on solving the hardest translation problems at scale, ensuring that disparate homebuilder systems continuously agree across hundreds of thousands of homes.

Prior to Scaffold, Robert co-founded Pingboard in 2013, growing it into a globally recognized HR platform serving over 750,000 employees across 2,500 businesses worldwide before achieving profitability in 2020.

Scaffold has been deployed on more than 200,000 homes across 30 states and connects to the portals of 29 of the top 30 U.S. homebuilders, backed by a $15 million seed round led by Navitas Capital.
