Roberto Guerrieri is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bluetail, the leading FAA-compliant, cloud-based aircraft records management platform transforming business and general aviation.

Roberto earned an MBA from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management and launched his career as a U.S. Product Marketing Manager at Apple, spending 8 years in Silicon Valley before pivoting to entrepreneurship.

Roberto was honored with the Eller School of Management Shaping the Future award in 2008 and brings a rare blend of enterprise marketing, product strategy, and startup leadership spanning over 25 years.

Prior to Bluetail, Roberto founded Incentive Logic (an Inc. 5000 SaaS loyalty platform) and served as Director of Marketplace at WebPT, where he drove significant eCommerce revenue and order growth.

Bluetail achieved 1,258% three-year revenue growth, earned a spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list ranked 309th overall and 9th in Arizona, and has raised over $7.7M to digitize aircraft records across the business aviation industry.
