Rodrigo Teran Hernandez is Co-Founder of Dialogus (YC S26), an AI-native voice agent infrastructure platform built to replace legacy contact center operations for enterprises.
Rodrigo studied Computer Science at ITESM (Tecnologico de Monterrey) and gained engineering experience at Microsoft, Google, and Meta before turning to entrepreneurship.
Rodrigo co-founded Dialogus after recognizing that legacy contact center software was not built for the AI era, identifying a massive opportunity to rebuild the contact center from the ground up.
Alongside co-founders Hans Ibarra and Juberth Rodriguez, Rodrigo built Dialogus through Y Combinator's S26 batch, achieving production deployments powering thousands of customer calls for Fortune 500 enterprises.
Dialogus is already handling thousands of live customer calls in production for Fortune 500 clients, delivering end-to-end call resolution, enterprise system integration, and consistent experiences across hundreds of locations.
