Roei Zerahia

Roei Zerahia is Co-Founder and CEO of MSICS Pharma, an Israeli biotech pioneering GMP-certified, naturally-sourced psilocybin for pharmaceutical and clinical use.
Roei holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and served in senior management at Canndoc since 2012, leading the company as CEO through a landmark merger with Intercure and its Nasdaq IPO.
Roei is a recognized speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos and delivered a TEDx talk on the cannabis industry, and was named one of Israel's most inspiring lecturers in 2016 out of over 10,000 nominees.
At Canndoc, Roei led the company to a valuation of 1.2 billion NIS and a successful Nasdaq listing; he then co-founded MSICS Pharma in 2020, applying his regulatory expertise to the emerging psychedelic medicine sector.
MSICS raised $3.6 million in seed funding, holds the only GMP psilocybin manufacturing license in Israel and Europe, and is actively conducting Phase II clinical trials for PTSD, Treatment-Resistant Depression, and OCD.
