Romain Fouilland is Co-Founder at Arrakis Technologies, a London-based AI deployment company helping industrial enterprises install AI agents for mission-critical operations across aerospace, energy, logistics, and manufacturing.

Romain previously worked at Palantir Technologies, where he gained deep expertise in enterprise software and AI-driven operational transformation for large-scale organizations.

With a background rooted in machine learning and computer vision, Romain brings a rare blend of technical depth and forward-deployed engineering experience to solving industrial AI's last-mile problem.

Romain co-founded Arrakis in January 2026 alongside former Accel investor Rafael Quintanilla and fellow Palantir alumni, building a team with pedigree from Palantir, Revolut, Datadog, DeliveryHero, and ASML.

Within just six months of launch, Arrakis secured NYSE-listed enterprise customers and raised $38M in total funding, including a $30M Series A led by Blossom Capital, reaching a $140M post-money valuation.
