Roman Itskovich is Co-Founder and Chief Risk Officer at At-Bay, the InsurSec provider combining cyber insurance with cybersecurity technology for the digital age.

Roman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously built an online lending business as VP of Financial Products at Ebury, served on the investment team at Bain Capital, and consulted at McKinsey & Company.

Roman co-founded At-Bay in 2016 with over a decade of experience in finance and financial modeling. He leads the company's risk and insurance products strategy.

At-Bay raised $292 million total funding and achieved unicorn status with a $1.35 billion valuation in 2021, growing from Series D rounds led by Icon Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

At-Bay serves close to 40,000 businesses in the US, safeguarding up to $800 billion in collective business revenue, and maintains ransomware claims frequency seven times lower than industry average.
