Rounak Adhikary is the Co-Founder and CEO of ProjectX (YC P26), the company behind Infinity, the world's first cloud-based operating system that eliminates hardware dependency across all devices.

Born in Kalyani, West Bengal in 2002, Rounak pursued a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design at Lovely Professional University and earned a merit-based scholarship for his academic performance, before founding ProjectX in 2022.

Rounak is a Harvard HPAIR Scholar and Speaker, a Stanford ASES Summit participant, and was selected two consecutive years for TigerLaunch, the world's largest student-run entrepreneurship competition at Princeton University.

Prior to ProjectX, Rounak founded Woldix in 2021, a web development agency, and served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at India's Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology in 2023.

ProjectX received $200,000 in infrastructure support from Google Cloud, won the World Trade Center Innovation Award 2024 at IIT Bombay's Eureka competing against 17,000 startups, and was selected for the prestigious Launchpad accelerator at IIM Bangalore before being accepted into Y Combinator's P26 batch.
