With 20+ years of experience in software engineering and product management, Rui built his expertise at Alidata as Software Development Manager and at Grupo Lusiaves as Product Manager, where he led digital transformation across one of Portugal's largest food producers.

Rui holds a Master's degree in Informatics Engineering with a specialization in Mobile Computing from the Polytechnic of Leiria, and has been recognized as one of the top 3 most influential IT and Tech professionals in Portugal on LinkedIn according to Favikon.

At BRAINR, Rui oversees strategic operations, aligns business strategy with product vision, and cultivates high-performing engineering teams, driving the platform's rapid go-to-market execution since its 2023 launch.
