Ryan Fink is the Co-Founder and CEO of Digs, an AI-powered platform transforming residential home building through digital twins, intelligent document management, and seamless builder-to-homeowner handoffs.

Ryan earned a B.A. in Political Science from Azusa Pacific University and built his entrepreneurial foundation by founding ONtheGO Platforms, a computer vision and AR company acquired by Atheer in 2015, before going on to co-found Streem in 2017.

A self-described 2x founder with 2x exits, Ryan brings a rare pattern-recognition advantage to construction tech, having won the Frost and Sullivan Award for Best AI and AR Video Solution during his Streem tenure.

At Digs, Ryan co-founded the company in 2022 alongside former builder Ty Frackiewicz, inspired by his own experience building a family home and discovering that the construction industry still relied on pen-and-paper workflows.

Digs has raised nearly $50 million in total funding including a landmark $25.3M round led by Builders FirstSource, grown to 37 employees, and now manages thousands of homes across all 50 U.S. states, earning recognition as Overall Construction Tech Company of the Year by PropTech Breakthrough.
