Ryan Hughes

Ryan Hughes is the Co-Founder and CMO of GHOST, the world's first lifestyle sports nutrition brand, where he leads all marketing, brand, and creative efforts with a deep-rooted passion for building culture-driven consumer brands.
Ryan earned a degree in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and gained early career experience as a Hardware/Software Analyst at SAP before pivoting fully into the fitness world.
A former IFBB Pro and international fitness cover model, Ryan's firsthand experience in front of the camera gave him a unique edge in brand storytelling, community engagement, and digital content strategy.
Ryan founded HughesFIT in 2010, catering to high-end and celebrity clientele in New York City, and later became a sponsored athlete and spokesmodel for major supplement brands Gaspari Nutrition and Glanbia before co-founding GHOST in 2016.
Under Ryan's creative and marketing leadership, GHOST has grown into a globally recognized lifestyle brand selling products in over 40 countries, culminating in a landmark acquisition by Keurig Dr Pepper for approximately $990 million in 2024.
