Ryan Winkler is Co-Founder and COO at Multiplier, a Y Combinator-backed AI company building bespoke agent harnesses and knowledge platforms for fundamental equity hedge funds and institutional asset managers.

Ryan studied at Princeton University, where he co-founded a student-run hedge fund alongside his Multiplier co-founders, before going on to work as an investor at StepStone Group, a leading global private markets firm.

Ryan brings rare operational depth at the intersection of institutional investment management and AI, having navigated the complex workflows of multi-asset private markets before pivoting to build the infrastructure that modernizes them.

After leaving StepStone Group in April 2026, Ryan co-founded Multiplier (formerly WithAI, YC Spring 2026), raising a $6M seed round led by Lux Capital alongside investors from Bridgewater, Fortress, and DeepMind.

Multiplier's platform is already deeply embedded in daily hedge fund workflows, accelerating everything from idea generation to post-trade review, with the company relocating from San Francisco to New York City to scale its institutional client base.
