Sadi Khan

Sadi Khan is Co-Founder and CEO at Aven, a fintech company pioneering home equity-backed credit cards to cut the cost of capital by up to 50% for homeowners. Khan is transforming homeownership into a tool for unlocking financial goals through patented HELOC-backed credit cards.
Khan holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has product leadership experience at Facebook and Microsoft. He spent nearly eight years at Facebook as director of special projects and began his engineering career at Microsoft.
Khan studied the Dodd-Frank Act and consumer protection laws before founding Aven, then assembled a team to build patented technology including remote electronic notarization. He also served as an Advisor at The Thiel Foundation Fellowship, mentoring young visionaries.
Under Khan's leadership, Aven raised a $142 million Series D, valuing the company at more than $1 billion. Aven has more than doubled its valuation to $2.2 billion following a $110 million Series E funding round.
The company's customer base has tripled year-on-year, with more than $3 billion in aggregate credit lines issued and claims to have saved homeowners more than $215 million in interest payments. Aven was founded in 2019 by Sadi Khan, Collin Wikman, and Murtada Shah, former executives at Facebook and Square.
