Sam brings over two decades of enterprise technology experience dating back to 2000, including a prior role as a SaaS startup executive with hands-on expertise in fundraising, go-to-market strategy, and operations.

After experiencing an AI-related layoff firsthand, Sam channeled the disruption into conviction, viewing the moment as a head start on a seismic shift in how software companies are built and who gets to build them.

At Fathom AI, Sam leads business development, partnerships, and the financial architecture of the company's deliberately bootstrapped model, turning conversations into contracts and managing the economics of a three-person, zero-outside-capital operation.

Launched in early 2026 with just $300 in starting capital, Fathom AI reached $300K in ARR within 12 weeks, achieved gross margins above 90%, and projects $5M in ARR by year-end across 15 to 18 enterprise customers.
