Sam Kothari is the Co-Founder and COO of Everlab, an AI-powered healthtech platform reimagining preventive care through advanced diagnostics, clinician-led consultations, and personalized health programs based in Melbourne, Australia.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Monash University and began his career as a consultant at Kearney, before co-founding the popular poke bowl chain Pokéd, which grew to eight locations across Melbourne and Sydney, and later serving as Head of Growth at fintech unicorn Airwallex managing the ANZ region P&L.

Sam is recognized as one of the top 25 entrepreneurs in Australia and has been featured in The Australian and LinkedIn News Australia's top founder spotlights, with his LinkedIn following ranking in the top 1% of creators in the country.

Prior to Everlab, Sam joined AirTree's Explorer program and worked as an active angel investor and startup advisor, bringing cross-industry expertise spanning consulting, hospitality, fintech, and healthtech to his operational leadership role.

Everlab has raised a total of AU$68M across a pre-seed, US$10M seed round led by Left Lane Capital, and an AU$65M Series A led by Airtree Ventures, supporting over 20,000 patients and processing more than 21 million biomarker results across Australia and New Zealand.
