Sam Lin is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of dtcpay, a Singapore-based regulated fintech company pioneering the integration of stablecoin and cryptocurrency payments into traditional financial systems. He leads the company's digital transformation and AI strategy, driving dtcpay's expansion across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Sam holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology Leadership from the National University of Singapore and co-founded SHOWIT Network Technologies in 2008, where he oversaw marketing and sales. He has held key roles at FEDEX and the Institute for InfoComm Research, building a strong foundation in technology and finance.

Sam is a vocal advocate for Asia as the natural home of fintech innovation, citing ASEAN's diversity and collaborative culture as key drivers of breakthrough payment technologies. He believes integrity and purpose are the ultimate compass for leaders navigating the high-stakes world of digital finance.

Since joining dtcpay in 2020 as CTO, Sam built the company's core system architecture and IT infrastructure from the ground up before transitioning to COO. He previously served as CTO at Mobile Credit Payment, accumulating deep expertise in secure, scalable financial technology.

Under Sam's technology and operational leadership, dtcpay won the PayTech of the Year award at the Asia FinTech Awards 2024 and secured a $10M Series A from Vertex Ventures. dtcpay now holds payment licenses across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the US, Canada, and Luxembourg, with a Visa partnership enabling global stablecoin card payments.
