Sam earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University and began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he covered insurance companies.
Sam brings a rare blend of product, investment, and financial services expertise, having operated at the intersection of technology and healthcare administration across multiple high-growth companies.
Prior to Arctic Health, Sam led product teams at Scale AI and Instacart, and invested in startups at Amasia VC, giving him deep insight into both scaling technology products and evaluating early-stage ventures.
