Sanchayan Sinha is Co-Founder and CEO at Turiyam AI, a deep-tech startup building AI compute infrastructure focused on inference acceleration. Based in Santa Clara with operations in Bengaluru, he is building India-designed semiconductor solutions for global data centers.

Sanchayan graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and worked at leading semiconductor companies including Groq, Lightmatter, AMD, and Essenvia. He brings over 15 years of experience in chip design and AI hardware.

Sanchayan has designed chips at large design houses and most recently worked at the cutting edge of AI inference at Groq. He holds patents in memory cell design and has deep expertise in HPC and AI product management.

Turiyam AI raised $4M in pre-seed funding led by Ankur Capital and Micelio Fund in March 2026. The company is building a software-first inference solution with hybrid memory architecture using RISC-V hardware and CUDA-free middleware.

Turiyam AI is positioned to serve the $100B to $300B AI inference market by 2030. The company employs 16 people and is developing full-stack, enterprise-ready solutions for data centers in India and overseas.
