Sandra Wirström is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at LEIA Health, a Stockholm-based FemTech startup on a mission to digitize postpartum and parental health for the next generation of parents globally.

Sandra studied at Stockholm University and built her career across leading tech companies including Klarna, DanAds, and Natural Cycles, where she served as Product Owner, gaining deep expertise in digital product development and femtech.

Driven by her own personal experience of birth injuries, postpartum challenges, and feeling unsupported as a new mother, Sandra co-founded LEIA Health to ensure no parent would face that journey alone.

Sandra led LEIA Health to close multiple funding rounds backed by top European investors including Norrsken VC, People Ventures, and The Case for Her, while securing strategic partnerships within maternity care and winning the Upcoming Star award from the Foundation for Export Development.

LEIA Health has been named one of Europe's hottest startups by Sifted, Wired, and Business Insider, and its AI-powered app now supports new parents with medically validated postpartum recovery programs reaching a global audience.
