Sara Du

Sara Du is Founder and CEO of Ando, an agent-native team messaging platform built for companies that treat AI agents as real collaborators alongside humans.
A Harvard dropout and Thiel Fellow, Sara taught herself to code in high school, worked as an engineer at Snap and DoNotPay, then co-founded Alloy Automation, an e-commerce API integration platform backed by Andreessen Horowitz.
Sara identified that existing messaging tools like Slack were fundamentally ill-suited for AI agents operating in real workflows, prompting her to build a platform from the ground up for human-agent collaboration.
At Alloy Automation (YC W20), Sara raised $27M and scaled the platform to serve top brands including Burberry and Brooklinen; she also scouts for Greylock and advises founders in vertical SaaS and developer infrastructure.
Ando has raised $20M in seed funding from Accel, Index Ventures, Emergence Capital, and Contrary Capital, and is already deployed across teams in over a dozen countries spanning software, real estate, and financial services.
