Saroosh Khan is Co-Founder and CTO of Allia Health, a Y Combinator-backed AI-native mental health platform transforming psychiatric care delivery and clinical operations across the United States.
A Karachi-born entrepreneur, Saroosh earned his undergraduate degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) on a full national scholarship, and previously worked as a Strategist at Powered by Search before pivoting to healthtech.
Saroosh achieved a remarkable 94.2% score on ARC-AGI-2, the leading AI reasoning benchmark, making him the first to cross the 85% human-like reasoning threshold, surpassing Google DeepMind's next-best score of 74%.
He built Allia's deep-reasoning population-health agent, the first of its kind inside a system of record for medicine, and co-founded the company alongside Oxford alumna Amie Leighton with backing from Tim Draper and Stanford Healthcare Innovation Lab investors.
Allia Health has secured over $50M in annualized national insurance contracts, uniting 600+ clinicians across 70 locations in 32 states, with nationwide telehealth and full care delivery launching in 2026.
