Sarthak Aggarwal is Co-Founder of Decawork (YC S26), the agent control plane that gives IT teams one place to deploy, govern, and maintain AI agents running across their company.

Sarthak studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani and gained deep AI experience working at NVIDIA, where his systems were deployed at OpenAI and Meta, and at enterprise AI firm Ema, used by Microsoft and Hitachi.

A Google Code-In Global Winner and open-source contributor since age 12, Sarthak also led Conquest, Asia's largest student-run startup accelerator, demonstrating an early passion for building and enabling innovation.

Prior to Decawork, Sarthak worked at Entrepreneurs First and Nomura, building a strong foundation across AI systems, enterprise software, and venture-backed startup ecosystems.

Decawork was accepted into Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch and is already SOC 2 compliant, tackling the fast-growing enterprise challenge of AI agent sprawl across global organizations.
