Sarthak Dubey is the Co-Founder and COO of Mitigata, India's first full-stack cyber resilience platform that unifies AI-driven cybersecurity, compliance, and cyber insurance into one integrated solution.

Sarthak graduated from the Manipal Institute of Technology with a B.Tech in Computer and Communication Engineering (Batch of 2018) and built deep product expertise at Novopay (fintech), Delhivery (logistics), and upGrad before co-founding Mitigata in 2021.

Sarthak was featured on the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list for 2025 under the Finance and Venture Capital category, recognizing his impact in redefining cyber resilience for Indian enterprises.

Prior to Mitigata, Sarthak co-founded Tao in 2021, gaining early startup ecosystem experience, and previously held product roles at Novopay, Delhivery, and Lenskart, sharpening his skills across fintech, logistics, and e-commerce.

Mitigata is trusted by 500+ enterprises across 25+ industries, raised a $5.9M Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, and is building three Security Operations Centres across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi to scale India's cyber defense infrastructure.
