Satya Gopal Panigrahi is Co-Founder and CEO at Constelli, a defense technology company developing electronic intelligence and signal processing systems for aerospace and defense applications.

Satya graduated from BITS Pilani with an engineering degree and worked at National Instruments India for 10 years as Strategic Sales Manager before co-founding Constelli in November 2017.

Satya has education from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and previously founded Aiila Innovations, demonstrating serial entrepreneurship in the defense and aerospace sector.

Constelli raised $23 million total funding including a recent $20 million round led by General Catalyst in February 2026, with participation from 360 ONE Asset Management and Pravega Ventures.

Constelli serves India's Ministry of Defence, DRDO, Indian Air Force, HAL, and BEL, while exporting to Singapore, Australia, and South Korea, with 61 employees and 65% year-over-year headcount growth.
