Saurav Chopra is Founder and CEO at 5Mins.ai, an AI-powered microlearning platform transforming workplace training with gamification and bite-sized content. He is also Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Perkbox, the employee engagement platform he scaled before founding 5Mins.ai.

Saurav holds an MBA from London Business School and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, plus a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He spent over 10 years in global business development roles at Deloitte Consulting, Yahoo, and Bytemobile (acquired by Citrix for $435M).

Saurav has been recognized as Barclays Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year and received the London Business School Accomplished Entrepreneur Award. He is also a seed stage tech investor and serves on multiple company boards.

Under his leadership, Perkbox grew to over 5,000 employer clients across 34 countries and was acquired for $170M, while 5Mins.ai raised $6.98M in seed funding led by AlbionVC. 5Mins.ai achieved 100,000 lessons watched in the first 8 months and 20x ARR growth since launch.
