Sayantan identified a critical gap in real estate: fragmented communication across channels was costing operators revenue and efficiency, which became the founding thesis behind VerbaFlo's vertical AI approach.

Under Sayantan's leadership, VerbaFlo raised approximately $9M in total funding, including a $7M seed round led by Pi Labs, with participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, and Old College Capital.

VerbaFlo now supports communication across 200,000+ residential units globally, adds roughly 30,000 units per month, and delivers multilingual AI engagement across more than 200 languages.
