Scott Hickle is Co-Founder and CEO of Throne Science, an AI-powered health technology startup pioneering gut health, hydration, and urinary function monitoring through a clip-on toilet device.

Scott studied at The University of Texas at Austin and spent nearly a decade in software product management across multiple companies, including roles at Esper and royal.io, before founding Throne in 2023.

Scott envisions Throne as a smoke detector for colorectal cancer, aiming to bring passive, continuous health monitoring to a space the wearables industry has largely ignored.

Prior to Throne, Scott founded Carbon Zero Financial in 2020 and held a Head of Finance role at royal.io, demonstrating a track record of entrepreneurial and operational leadership across tech and fintech.

Throne has raised nearly $18M in total funding, including a $10M Series A led by Will Ventures, and has partnered with researchers at Harvard, Stanford, and the University of Chicago to validate its AI diagnostics.
