Scott earned his Master of Bioethics (MBE) from the University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School, with over 8 years of experience in hospital IT and research.

Scott is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Healthcare and a first-generation college graduate who credits Temple University's College of Public Health as foundational to his leadership journey.

As CTO, Scott leads the technical development of Chromie's military-grade AI agents, including Chromie Dispatch, which fills hospital nursing shifts 60x faster than manual methods via SMS with zero IT integration required.

Chromie Health has already filled over 35,000 last-minute nursing shifts, secured a waitlist of 750 hospitals, and raised $2M in pre-seed funding led by AIX Ventures, with plans to expand its full suite of AI agents globally.
