Sebastian Becker is Co-Founder and COO of encosa energy GmbH, a Munich-based EnergyTech startup delivering end-to-end battery storage solutions for commercial and industrial businesses across Germany.

Sebastian holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a CEMS Master in International Management jointly from WU Vienna and FGV Sao Paulo, followed by strategy consulting roles at OC&C, Roland Berger, and EY-Parthenon.

Sebastian spent several years at TWAICE, a battery analytics software company, rising from Business Development Manager to Director of Strategic Partnerships and Industry Strategy for the energy sector, giving him deep expertise in battery technology and energy markets.

At encosa, Sebastian oversees operations, scaling, and partner management, driving the company's one-stop-shop model that covers planning, financing, installation, and ongoing operation of battery storage systems.

encosa raised 25 million euros in Seed funding in under two years, backed by Realyze Ventures, Bayern Kapital, Verve Ventures, and others, with a target market of over 100,000 potential commercial and industrial customers in Germany alone.
