Sebastian Seifert is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Finperks, a Berlin-based fintech building the API infrastructure layer for the global prepaid payments market, targeting a $1.4 trillion industry.

Sebastian studied at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and co-founded viafintech (Barzahlen) at just 20 years old, scaling it to 100+ employees and operations across 17 markets in Europe and the US.

A two-time Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree (DACH 2019 and Europe Finance 2020), Sebastian is a recognized fintech innovator and active angel investor who supports early-stage founders.

After the nine-figure acquisition of viafintech by NYSE-listed Paysafe in 2021, Sebastian served as SVP Sales and Business Development at Paysafe before returning to found Finperks in 2025 with the same core team.

Just six months after launch, Finperks has onboarded over 1,000 brands across 30 markets and secured $4 million in pre-seed funding led by Motive Partners and seed+speed Ventures.
