Seth Phillips is Co-Founder and CEO at Bound, an automated FX risk management platform helping businesses protect against currency volatility.

Seth built and exited 2 prior startups, earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, and spent 5 years at Paxos where he grew the European business from 25 to over 200 people.

Seth co-founded Bound in 2020 with Dan Kindler after witnessing family and friends struggle with currency risk management. His first startup Enerlyte focused on energy efficiency solutions.

Bound raised 6.5M in early funding from investors behind Wise, Klarna, and N26, followed by a 20.7M euro Series A led by AlbionVC in 2026.

Bound's platform has processed over 2 billion dollars in transaction volume and is FCA-authorized to provide regulated hedging products to hundreds of customers.
