Shahar Erez is Co-Founder and CEO of Arato.ai, an AI testing platform that simulates real-world user interactions to help organizations identify failures and risks in AI applications before deployment.

Shahar brings 25 years of enterprise B2B experience, holding key roles at Mercury Interactive and VMware, and earning an MBA from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

A serial entrepreneur, Shahar co-founded Stoke Talent (acquired by Fiverr for $95M in 2021) and TheOrg, and previously led investments in DevOps companies including Puppet Labs and JFrog.

At Arato.ai, Shahar led a $10M Seed round backed by TLV Partners, Jibe Ventures, former VMware CEO Raghu Raghuram, and former Intuit CTO Marianna Tessel.

Arato already serves dozens of enterprise customers across fintech, e-commerce, and industrial sectors, with one client cutting AI validation time from 3 months to days and saving an estimated $5M over 3 years.
