Shailendra Singh is Co-Founder and CEO of HyperProbe, a Y Combinator-backed (S26) AI-native runtime observability platform that enables coding agents to autonomously debug and resolve live production incidents.

Shailendra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Material Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, and previously headed and scaled engineering and product functions at a unicorn startup and several early-stage companies, including a VP of Products role at OYO Rooms.

Shailendra co-founded HyperTest, a production SDK and API testing platform, where he and co-founder Karan Raina spent three years mastering the hard problem of extracting real runtime state from live services without disruption.

Drawing on deep operational experience, Shailendra identified the critical gap in AI-assisted software development: agents write code well but fail at debugging it, leading him to build HyperProbe as the runtime data layer for AI-native engineering teams.

HyperProbe turns 4-hour production war rooms into 10-minute automated resolutions, operating with under 1% CPU overhead and automatic PII redaction, and is built for backend teams shipping AI-written code at scale.
