Shailesh Bishnoi is the Founder and CEO of KuhlTherm, an Ahmedabad-based deep-tech startup building precision liquid cooling systems for AI data centres and high-performance computing infrastructure entirely in India.

Shailesh is an experienced senior management professional and alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, bringing strong technical and leadership expertise to the thermal management space.

Shailesh champions the view that as AI rack densities surge, cooling must be solved at the chip, rack, and data centre level through precision liquid cooling rather than room-level air systems.

He co-founded KuhlTherm in 2025 alongside Vishant Gandhi, Kamish Kachhadia, Jasvipul Chawla, and Kishan Baravaliya, and led the company to secure $1.1 million in seed funding from Arkam Ventures.

Under his leadership, KuhlTherm unveiled India's first state-of-the-art liquid cooling testing and verification lab in Ahmedabad, and is targeting a manufacturing capacity scale-up from 300MW to 2GW by 2027.
