Shan Vahora is the Founder and CEO of ESGAgent.ai, an AI-native SaaS platform purpose-built to automate ESG compliance and sustainability reporting for heavy industry.

Shan holds a Masters in Management from the University of Cambridge and built his career across Strategy& (PwC), Caterpillar Inc., and Cardno, advising leading Australian corporations on ESG transformation and strategy.

Shan recognized that organizations were spending too much time on compliance paperwork rather than driving real environmental impact, and set out to democratize access to sophisticated ESG capabilities for businesses of all sizes.

Prior to ESGAgent.ai, Shan ran SVZK Consulting as a freelance strategy advisor and served in strategy and growth roles at Caterpillar Inc., giving him deep operational insight into heavy industry compliance burdens.

ESGAgent.ai has secured tier one mining clients, major food manufacturers, and global engineering consultants, closed a seed round led by DNX Ventures bringing total funding to AUD $1.7 million, and reduces compliance reporting timelines from months to hours.
