Shaurnav Ghosh is Co-Founder at Assemble, a Y Combinator-backed AI startup building intelligent agents for enterprise IT teams managing complex systems like ERPs, CRMs, and HRIS platforms.

Shaurnav graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Computer Science and gained hands-on AI and engineering experience at Apple, Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL), and Phia.

With a background in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, Shaurnav identified a critical gap in enterprise digital transformation, where only 48% of initiatives meet their intended business outcomes.

Alongside co-founders Aliyan Ishfaq and Shrish Janarthanan, Shaurnav is building Assemble to help IT teams plan, execute, and roll back changes across Salesforce, SAP, and Workday environments with both speed and control.

Assemble is tackling one of enterprise software's most persistent challenges, enabling IT teams to deliver complex transformation projects faster by automating dependency scoping, logic building, and cross-system change validation.
