Shelley Copsey

Shelley Copsey is Co-Founder and CEO of FYLD, an AI-powered frontline intelligence platform transforming field operations for the global infrastructure sector. FYLD helps customers achieve up to 48% reduction in serious worksite injuries and enables safer, more productive field operations across utilities, construction, and infrastructure.
Shelley holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Adelaide and studied Corporate Entrepreneurship at Stanford Graduate School of Business and AI at MIT Sloan School of Management. She previously served as CEO of GeoSLAM, a 3D mobile mapping technology company, and as New Ventures & Commercialisation Leader at CSIRO's Data61, driving commercialization of cutting-edge data technologies.
Shelley was named a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year UK and Executive of the Year by Nottinghamshire Women in Business Awards. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of Chief, a network for senior women executives.
FYLD has raised over $85 million in total funding including a $41 million Series B led by Energy Impact Partners and Partech in February 2026. The company achieved 3x revenue growth in 2023 and has been recognized on Deloitte's UK Technology Fast 50 and BuiltWorlds' 2025 Infrastructure Tech Top 50.
FYLD's AI has analyzed over 500,000 industrial worksites and serves major clients including Kiewit Corporation, Quanta Services, Ferrovial, and Sulzer. Over 40% of FYLD's revenue is expected from the US by end of 2026, with 80% of UK utilities using the platform.
